Director of Franchise Services and Growth is a management position focused on driving revenue through sales strategies and team leadership. They are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, setting quotas, and ensuring sales targets are met. This role often involves strategic planning, hands-on management, and collaboration with other departments to align sales goals with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities of a Business Manager for Sales:
· Position Summary: SoftWash Systems is seeking a Director of Franchise Services & Growth to build and lead the support organization that helps franchisees, licensed affiliates, and company-owned operations grow revenue, improve performance, and achieve long-term success. This individual will develop and manage a scalable Shield Support Center that provides business coaching, sales support, customer service, technical support, operational guidance, and accountability throughout the SoftWash Systems network. The Director will recruit, train, and lead a team of Shield Support Agents capable of managing up to ten accounts each while creating systems, processes, scorecards, and growth programs that drive measurable increases in revenue, profitability, and franchisee success. This role exists to help operators sell more work, service more customers, purchase more equipment and supplies, and ultimately become stronger franchisees and business owners.

Depending on the specific role and company, this may include recruiting and hiring sales representatives, developing sales processes, and managing sales budgets.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to motivate, train, and evaluate a sales team.
· Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
· Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
· Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in a management capacity.
· Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles and financial concepts.
